Svein Ilebekk

Mr. Ilebekk has 40 years of experience from exploration, development and production on the Norwegian and UK Continental Shelf. He has acted as co-founder of three E&P companies: Revus, Agora and Origo, and two consultancies; READ and JSI. He is a proven oil finder who has held executive roles as CEO, Regional Manager and Exploration Manager in DNO, Origo, Cairn, Wintershall and Revus. Mr. Ilebekk brings senior executive experience, deep geological and commercial knowledge, experience from building multiple quality teams, M&A and integrations, license management and fundraising.

Mr. Andresen has a demonstrated track record for growth of petroleum and service companies. Mr. Andresen is an operations professional skilled in Geoscience, Petrophysics, Petroleum Engineering and Drilling.

Ms. Haatvedt is a proven oil finder with nearly forty years of experience from the international oil & gas exploration and production industry, covering the United Kingdom, Norway, Iran and Libya.

Ms. Haatvedt has held executive roles  in Neptune Energy, Aker BP, Det norske oljeselskap, Statoil and Norsk Hydro, as well as several non-executive director roles.

Ms. Haatvedt brings strong leadership skills, deep geological and commercial knowledge, and operator and joint venture experience.

Ms. Högberg has long experience from the international upstream petroleum industry, the renewable energy industry and the legal services industry. In addition to legal and compliance skills, she brings experience from management, commercial and strategy, government relations, corporate finance, corporate governance, intellectual property, M&A and international negotiations.

Kees Jongepier

Mr. Jongepier has more than 35 years of experience from the international upstream petroleum industry. He is a proven oil and gas finder with vast experience from, e.g., the UK, Norway, West Africa and the Middle East. Notable achievements include the discovery of the giant Ormen Lange gas field, the giant oil fields in Block 17 in Angola, several discoveries in the Yggdrasil (NOAKA) cluster in Norway, and the Nyankom discovery offshore Ghana. Mr. Jongepier brings strong leadership skills and deep geological and commercial knowledge.
